列出分配给已认证用户的 Issue
列出分配给已认证用户的所有可见代码库（包括自有代码库、成员代码库和组织代码库）中的 Issue。您可以使用 filter 查询参数来获取不一定分配给您的 Issue。
注意
GitHub 的 REST API 将每个拉取请求都视为一个 Issue，但并非每个 Issue 都是拉取请求。因此，“Issue”端点可能会在响应中返回 Issue 和拉取请求。您可以通过 pull_request 密钥来识别拉取请求。请注意，从“Issue”端点返回的拉取请求的 id 将是Issue ID。要查找拉取请求 ID，请使用“列出拉取请求”端点。
