GitHub 公司需要访问您组织中仅管理员才能授予的资源的权限。请让管理员授予此应用权限后再使用它。
安装 SPV 应用需要租户范围的管理员同意。您必须登录能够提供租户范围管理员同意的 Azure 账户，或与 Azure 管理员合作配置管理员同意工作流。
